The dynamic duo, today, are known for their ethics and transparency in business and have earned trust and faith in their customer base of over 15,000 families.

Mr. Shrikant Paranjape
Shrikant Purushottam Paranjape, Chairman of Paranjape Schemes, is a second-generation entrepreneur from the Paranjape family. A qualified Chartered Accountant and a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, he brings a balanced combination of financial expertise and strategic foresight to his role. He began his entrepreneurial journey independently, establishing an adhesive and chemical manufacturing unit in the early stages of his career. Within five years, he expanded the business into a market network with three operational factories across Maharashtra. He later joined the family’s real estate business with a measured and growth-oriented approach. Mr. Shrikant Paranjape has played an active role in industry bodies, serving on the Managing Committee of CREDAI Pune (PBAP) since 1996. His core strengths lie in finance and legal strategy. Under his leadership, the organisation has grown to a team of over 750 employees.
Alongside his business pursuits, Mr Paranjape remains committed to community development. He is the founder of Athashri Foundation, a not-for-profit entity involved in the ongoing care and maintenance of senior living communities. He also serves on the boards of several educational institutions and NGOs in Mumbai, Pune, and Parbhani. Despite his demanding schedule, he continues to find time for painting, an enduring personal passion.

A go-getter entrepreneur, Mr. Shashank commenced the real estate business along with his elder brother Shrikant Paranjape in the year 1987. The duos today are known for ethics and transparency in business and have earned trust.
Mr. Shashank is the Managing Director of the company – Paranjape Schemes (Construction) Ltd. Having a flair for marketing, design, and construction, he heads the marketing and designing departments and also looks after construction management of projects. In a span of over 35 years, because of his vision, Paranjape Schemes has made a large portfolio in various real estate segments like residential, commercial, townships, hospitality, educational institutes, senior-living, and SEZs. With the help of his team, Mr. Shashank has delivered projects to the tune of over 15.33 million sq.ft.
Shashank’s forte has always been giving vision to architects, conceiving good designs, implementing these into time-bound construction. Driven by his flawless execution abilities and never tiring zeal, the company has been able to complete more than 190 projects in various cities in India.
His strength in developing good marketing strategies has enabled the company not only to sell good numbers but also in community building. His passion for Senior Living gave birth to the excellent and unique idea “Athashri” – a senior living brand. The credit for the expansion and popularity of Athashri is definitely owed to Mr. Shashank.
He is an enthusiastic businessman with good business acumen and has been able to garner a lot of accolade through various awards and recognition. Having one foot in philanthropy, Shashank is also a board member of various renowned Educational Institutions and NGOs.
